Every things is perfect, Times Square, Train station, Bus station everything is close by… wish it’s more cheaper though 🙏🏻
The hotel needs a better lobby area where you can sit down and congregate for a brief time when needed. Staff was exceptionally friendly.
Bed was very uncomfortable. You need to request 24 hrs in advance for your room to be cleaned ; sheets changed. Staff should have informed us about road closures during veteran’s day parade. Cost $200 US with Uber to get to airport & almost missed our flight. I was travelling with my adult daughter… location is great. 2 big blocks from Times Square. Will not stay there again . Price does not reflect value of our stay.

Cons. My stay was prepaid. However, at check-in, I was charged another $50 for "property use fee" :-( . Other than that, the hotel met my expectations and staff was nice. I would stay again :-)
