Funny, but I've stayed at cleaner 1-star hotels in third-world countries where I also felt security was not an issue. This has got to be the worst of the worst. This makes it to my number 1 of hotels to avoid.

Cons. This hotel should not be rated 3.5 stars. The AC sounded like a jet engine so couldn’t sleep, and we were either sweating or freezing; hallways smelled like smoke; elevator reeked of strong urine. The Kayak site was very misleading and I’d like my money back.
